The Aventor Intelligent Battery Series is our nextgeneration of high energy density batteries, engineered for demandingcommercial and industrial electrification. Each 702V pack stores 113 kWh using 4695 NMCA lithium-ion cells. Advanced thermal management, intelligent controlsand robust safety come together in compact, rugged designs. Choose ahyper-rugged cube or a low-profile chassis-integrated pack, then connect packsin parallel to scale energy to your platform.
We offer a range of standard off-the-shelf options forturnkey solutions, as well as custom battery systems—all engineered andassembled in the USA. Find an option that works for you, connect and go.

The Chassis-Integrated Pack puts the same 113 kWh and 702V nominal into a low-profile 2,090 x 634 x 285 mm form factor designed to mount along the vehicle chassis. With IP67 and IP69 protection, it's built for commercial electric vehicles, transit and specialty vehicles that need range without giving up cargo or cabin space.

The Hyper-Rugged Cube Pack is a high-density battery pack that delivers 113 kWh at 702V nominal in a compact 1089.7 x 660.6 x 545.4 mm footprint. An IP67 enclosure, integrated liquid cooling and a wide operating temperature range make it built for industrial and agricultural equipment where space is tight and conditions are tough.
At American Battery Solutions, we pride ourselves onbuilding high-quality systems backed by 40+ years of automotive batteryexperience. And it shows.
Energy density determines how much power a battery canstore for its size and weight. The Aventor series is engineered to maximize it,so your vehicles and equipment can go farther, run longer and carry more.

Both deliver the same 113 kWh and 702 V. The Cube is a compact, IP67-rated block for equipment bays. The Chassis-Integrated Pack is a long, low-profile design with IP67 and IP69 protection, built to mount along a vehicle frame.
Each Aventor pack delivers 113 kWh at 702 V nominal, roughly 200 Wh/kg at the pack level, using 4695 NMCA lithium-ion cells.
A high energy density battery stores more energy relative to its weight (Wh/kg) or volume (Wh/L). That lets vehicles and equipment run longer or travel farther without a larger, heavier battery.
